Meet Hope Alexa, a beautiful blonde multi-tasking fitness model who seems to have her goals set on big things. Currently on the roster for Gamma Labs as one of their sponsored athletes she hopes to do her part to inspire others to take their journey to a healthy and active lifestyle. Between her spokesmodel and fitness work, designing her own clothing line and training to keep her body on point, she also finds time to be a loving mom, cook some amazing meals, and is always trying new things to keep her active lifestyle going. In other words, this is one bad chick who we will most likely be seeing a lot more of in the near future. How long have you been involved in modeling and the fitness industry?
I have been modeling for 10 years. I became involved with fitness 3 years ago.
You have a very impressive list of projects you are involved in. What are some of the things we can look forward to seeing you in the near future?
I will be doing several photo shoots for a variety of advertising companies. Making a calendar. Designing my own fitness wear. Also working on a cooking blog.
How challenging is it to balance family life, motherhood, and your fitness training and business ventures?
Yes it is challenging. But the most important thing to me is my daughter, so I work my schedule around her.
In your bio you say that you have not always been into fitness. What was the reason for the change in your lifestyle?
I have always been an active person. I very much enjoy the outdoors, hiking, camping, snowboarding etc. I became involved in fitness after my daughter was born. I was impressed with the way my body responded to the work outs and I have been training ever since.
Your website has a lot of great information. As far as fitness tips, what would you say is the most important thing for someone interested in getting back in shape should be aware of?
Diet is number one. You can work your butt off in the gym but if you don't have a good diet you won't get the results. But with that said, I believe in moderation and not forcing yourself to sacrifice the food you love. Moderation is also key when trying to get healthy and into shape.
You also give some tips on eating healthy and recipes. What’s your favorite thing to cook at home?
Man that is tough because I love food. And I cook it all!! I really love mexican food…anything spicy !!
You list snowboarding, camping, horseback riding as some of your favorite pastimes. Do you have any sports or activities you really want to try but haven’t had a chance to yet?
I would love to try sky diving!!
How did you get involved with Gamma Labs? Can you describe what set their products apart from the rest?
